Financial Analyst – Excel, Power BI & SQL

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Analyst to support financial reporting, forecasting and analysis for our Bengaluru office. The role will work closely with senior analysts and the Executive Leadership Team to deliver accurate, high‑visibility reports.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and own high‑visibility reports for the Executive Leadership Team.
• Ensure 100 % accuracy and timely analysis of financial data.
• Perform accurate financial reporting and develop ad‑hoc business analyses and financial models.
• Equip senior analysts/managers with necessary information for expectation management.
• Develop ad‑hoc business analysis, apply academic concepts and generate insights.
• Answer tactical business questions and work on problem statements with limited information.
• Collaborate with business partners and SSC teams to drive effective solutions.
• Continuously learn financial planning and analysis processes, including forecasting drivers such as promotions, weather, and market dynamics.
