Financial Advisor

About the role

The Financial Advisor role is a full‑time hybrid position based in Udupi, offering occasional work‑from‑home flexibility. You will meet with clients to understand their financial goals, assess their current situation, and design comprehensive wealth‑management plans.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client meetings to evaluate financial objectives, risk tolerance, and retirement needs.
• Develop and present tailored financial plans covering investments, retirement strategies, and overall wealth management.
• Prepare regular financial reports and conduct market and product research.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Monitor client portfolios, recommend adjustments, and identify opportunities to improve financial outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated advisory services.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field; professional certifications such as CFP or CFA are a plus.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and problem‑solving abilities with high ethical standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup, manage multiple client relationships and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
