Financial Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Accountant to support our clients in migrating their accounting data to a new ERP platform. The role involves extracting, preparing, and loading financial information while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Extract trial balance, profit & loss, balance sheet, and bank reconciliation data from clients' existing accounting software.
• Prepare data load files and migrate financial information from legacy systems to the new ERP.
• Reconcile books of accounts within the ERP to ensure data integrity.
• Utilize various tools and processes to migrate both financial and non‑financial data from multiple software packages.
• Participate in detailed design discussions and execute product testing as required.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years of professional accounting experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to handle occasional evening calls from home.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems and data migration.
• Proficiency in using accounting software for trial balances, profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and bank reconciliations.
