Finance Transformation Manager – Advisory (Full‑Time)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to join its Advisory practice in Bengaluru. The role focuses on helping clients redesign their finance operating models, improve processes and embed digital technologies to drive performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current finance operating models (P2P, O2C, RTR, FP&A, Tax & Treasury) and identify gaps and inefficiencies.
• Lead workshops with client stakeholders to map processes, assess risks and define improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement finance transformation solutions, including organisational redesign, change management and talent development.
• Advise on the selection and deployment of core ERP systems, financial consolidation tools and data‑analytics platforms.
• Apply emerging technologies such as generative AI, machine learning, analytics and automation to modernise finance processes.
• Create detailed process documentation (process maps, RACI matrices, SLAs) and conduct time‑and‑motion studies.

Required profile

• Manager‑level experience in finance transformation or advisory.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end finance processes and associated risks.
• Proven ability to lead stakeholder workshops and drive change initiatives.
• Experience with digital finance tools and emerging technologies.
