Finance Process & Ops Senior Analyst

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Finance Process & Ops Senior Analyst to join its Finance Operations vertical. In this role you will support financial planning and analysis by gathering operational data, performing detailed analysis, and reconciling transactions to help drive informed business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and validate operational data and reports for financial analysis.
• Conduct budgeting, forecasting, variance and trend analysis to assess financial performance.
• Reconcile transactions and ensure data accuracy across finance systems.
• Prepare performance reports and scenario models for senior management.
• Collaborate with peers, clients and Accenture management on finance‑related initiatives.
• Work independently with minimal instruction and may oversee a small team or work effort.
• Adapt to rotational shift schedules as required.

Required profile

• BCom qualification.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in financial planning, analysis or related finance functions.
• Strong analytical abilities and capacity to perform under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with agility for quick learning.
