About the role
Join Accenture's Finance Operations vertical as a Finance Process & Ops Associate. You will support financial outcomes by gathering operational data, performing analysis, and reconciling transactions to drive accurate planning and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and validate operational data for financial reporting.
- Conduct variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Prepare and distribute financial planning reports.
- Support routine problem‑solving using established guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors, following detailed instructions.
- Work in rotational shifts as required.
Required profile
- 1 to 3 years of experience in finance or related field.
- Any graduate degree.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently within a focused scope.
