About the role
Join Accenture's Finance Operations vertical as a Finance Process & Ops Associate. You will support financial outcomes by gathering operational data, performing analysis, and reconciling transactions to drive accurate reporting and forecasting.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and validate operational data for financial reporting.
- Conduct variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Reconcile transactions and ensure data integrity.
- Solve routine finance problems using established guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors, following detailed instructions for daily tasks and new assignments.
- Work in rotational shifts as required.
Required profile
- Any graduate degree.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in finance or related fields.
- Primary expertise in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
