Finance Manager – Service Delivery (EMEA)

About the role

Amazon’s Worldwide Customer Service Finance team is seeking a Finance Manager to support service delivery across the EMEA region, based in Colombia. You will partner with operations and retail finance teams to provide insightful analysis, drive cost reduction, and enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive financial controllership by building monthly metrics, analyzing variances, and communicating key drivers to senior management.
• Manage data in financial systems and create reports that support business decisions.
• Reconcile financial reports across multiple businesses, leading process improvements, automation, and consistency.
• Conduct regular metric reviews and deep‑dive analyses to provide analytical support.
• Improve existing tools and processes, and develop new solutions based on stakeholder needs.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate detailed data into actionable insights.
• Creative problem‑solver who can work in a fast‑growing, international environment.
• Proven experience in financial controllership, planning, and closing activities.
• Ability to partner with site leaders, surface risks and opportunities, and drive them to resolution.
