Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, maintain accurate records, and provide strategic guidance to our clients. This full‑time, night‑shift position is based in Mohali and requires strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other financial reports.
• Develop financial metrics, ratios, forecasts, and budget reports.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Provide finance and accounting recommendations to clients.
• Develop and improve financial processes and standard operating procedures.
• Troubleshoot accounting issues, reconciliations, payroll mappings, and payment discrepancies.
• Coordinate with reporting managers, clients, and internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• At least 3 years of FP&A experience.
• Experience with companies generating annual revenues below $15 million.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
