Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will support day‑to‑day execution of general ledger processes, ensuring accurate accounting, reporting and discrepancy resolution for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement accounting projects and SOP audits across all property areas.
• Generate timely financial reports, presentations and analyses to support decision‑making.
• Perform ledger reconciliation, balance credit‑card ledgers and verify contracts and credit references.
• Monitor taxes, document profit and loss accurately, and maintain a strong control environment.
• Complete period‑end close functions and provide guidance on budgeting and accounting policies.

Required profile

• 4‑year bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (no experience required) OR a 2‑year degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
