Finance Manager

About the role
The Finance Manager will lead the Finance & Accounting Division of Grand Hyatt Mumbai, ensuring operations align with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Maintain high standards of financial management and compliance with corporate policies.
- Coordinate with department heads to support strategic decision‑making.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and analysis.
- Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and internal controls.
Required profile
- University degree or diploma in Finance, Hospitality, or Tourism Management.
- CA certification is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Director of Finance or Finance Manager.
- Strong problem‑solving, administrative, and interpersonal abilities.
