Finance Manager – Hotel Operations

About the role

Hyatt Place Bhopal is seeking a Finance Manager to lead strategic financial planning and operational control for the property. You will work closely with senior management to drive profitability, ensure accurate reporting, and support the hotel’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial data, market trends, and sales forecasts to develop annual budgets and profit improvement plans.
• Monitor actual performance against forecasts, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain strong accounting controls, safeguard assets, and oversee internal, external, and regulatory audits.
• Manage tax compliance, ensuring all taxes are current, collected, and accrued appropriately.
• Prepare timely financial reports, presentations, and P&L statements that align with SOPs and local regulations.
• Support property strategy from a finance perspective and ensure accurate documentation of profits and losses.

Required profile

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and audit management, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex data.
• Excellent communication skills to influence business decisions.
