Finance Manager – Global Capability Center (GCC)

About the role

We are establishing a Global Capability Center in Hyderabad to drive digitalisation initiatives. The Finance Manager will lead all finance, controlling and tax functions for the GCC, ensuring compliance and delivering financial insight to corporate headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and preparation of statements in line with local GAAP and corporate standards.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, cash flow, working capital and liquidity.
• Develop cost‑control systems, prepare periodic financial reports and conduct variance analysis.
• Support digitalisation projects with cost‑benefit and ROI calculations.
• Handle all direct and indirect tax obligations, including GST, income tax, withholding tax and transfer‑pricing documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, labour laws and other statutory regulations; coordinate audits.
• Manage banking relationships, foreign‑exchange transactions and cash‑management strategies.
• Identify financial risks, implement mitigation measures and adhere to corporate risk policies.
• Act as primary finance liaison for corporate headquarters, local authorities and cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance management, controlling and tax compliance within a large organisation.
• Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, GST, income tax, withholding tax and transfer‑pricing rules.
• Experience handling statutory and internal audits, regulatory reporting and corporate risk management.
• Ability to work independently and interact effectively with corporate headquarters and local authorities.
