Finance Manager – FP&A & Strategy

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager – FP&A & Strategy to lead core financial planning and analysis functions while collaborating closely with our technology and revenue cycle management teams. The role will transform raw operational data into actionable financial insights and dashboards for strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain financial control standards across all teams.
• Lead corporate financial management, including P&L analysis, cash‑flow forecasting, debt and investment oversight.
• Conduct financial risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage audit and quality‑assurance processes to ensure data integrity.
• Oversee financial metadata such as customer retention, patient churn, and employee performance metrics.
• Partner with Tech, RCM, Sales, and Marketing to design MIS trackers and dashboards from raw operational data.
• Build and maintain cohort‑style retention and engagement trackers, account‑status pipelines, and related KPI views.
• Translate operational trends into finance‑relevant insights linking engagement to revenue and forecasting.
• Guide medical billing processes and revenue cycle management activities.
• Deliver timely business reporting, financial metrics, and analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modelling, and investor/board reporting.
• Experience partnering with technology and revenue‑cycle teams to create MIS dashboards.
• Strong understanding of healthcare‑technology data such as patient engagement, account status, and cohort retention.
• Ability to lead audit and quality‑assurance initiatives and manage financial metadata.
