Finance Executive – Accounts & Sales Operations

About the role

Luxury Personified, a leading distributor of premium lifestyle and luxury brands in India, is seeking a detail‑oriented Finance Executive to support its finance and business operations. The role focuses on accurate sales order processing, invoicing, and payment management for high‑end audio, home appliances, and other luxury products.

Key responsibilities

• Process sales orders ensuring correct margins and pricing for luxury products.
• Prepare invoices, issue credit/debit notes, and handle sales returns.
• Update customer payments, GRN records, and expense bills in the accounting system.
• Track due bill payments, rebates, and discount pricing, ensuring timely releases.
• Follow up on outstanding payments, claims, and perform reconciliations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in accounts, preferably in luxury retail or sales accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GST compliance and reconciliation processes.
• Excellent attention to detail, time‑management, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Busy accounting software.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
