About the role
The Finance Director will lead the Finance & Accounting division at Hyatt’s Pune property, ensuring operations align with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards while delivering on employee, guest and owner expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the efficient running of the Finance & Accounting division.
- Maintain high standards of financial management and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and brand standards.
- Drive financial planning, budgeting and analysis to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet guest and owner expectations.
Required profile
- University degree or diploma in Finance or Hospitality/Tourism management.
- CA certification is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Finance Director or Finance Manager in a large operation.
- Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
