Finance Controller – Qualified CA (Bangalore)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Controller to lead financial operations and support our growth journey, including pre‑IPO readiness and fundraising initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end financial operations including accounting, reporting, compliance, and internal controls.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures and board reporting.
• Drive financial strategy and support pre‑IPO and fundraising initiatives.
• Manage ERP systems to ensure accurate financial data and process efficiency.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain robust internal control frameworks.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong business acumen.
• Proven track record in scaling companies and handling high‑impact finance functions.
• Experience in pre‑IPO readiness and fundraising activities.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems.
• Leadership capability to drive finance strategy across the organization.
