About the role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Controller to lead financial operations and support our growth journey, including pre‑IPO readiness and fundraising initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end financial operations including accounting, reporting, compliance, and internal controls.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures and board reporting.
- Drive financial strategy and support pre‑IPO and fundraising initiatives.
- Manage ERP systems to ensure accurate financial data and process efficiency.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain robust internal control frameworks.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Required profile
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong business acumen.
- Proven track record in scaling companies and handling high‑impact finance functions.
- Experience in pre‑IPO readiness and fundraising activities.
- Hands‑on experience with ERP systems.
- Leadership capability to drive finance strategy across the organization.
