Finance Controller

About the role

The Finance Controller will be based in Bengaluru and will oversee financial operations for designated Ramee properties and corporate entities, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance and support for strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations for designated properties and corporate entities.
• Manage accounting processes, month‑end close and preparation of financial statements.
• Prepare and review budgets, forecasts and financial performance reports for senior leadership.
• Monitor cash flow, control costs and conduct financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Improve financial systems, controls and guide local finance teams.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement and management to optimise profitability and support expansion plans.

Required profile

• Professional qualification such as CA, CMA, CPA or equivalent finance/accounting degree.
• Proven experience as a Finance Controller or senior finance role, preferably in hospitality or multi‑property environments.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and efficiency.

Required skills

• General ledger management and month‑end closing.
• Financial statement preparation and reporting.
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Internal controls, compliance and audit coordination.
• Financial analysis, cost control and cash flow management.
• Proficiency with financial software, ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Data analysis capabilities.
