Finance Controller

About the role

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories is seeking a Finance Controller to strengthen financial governance, management reporting, procure‑to‑pay controls, and EXIM compliance. The role will support analytics and drive process improvements to boost business performance and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare periodic management reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.
• Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, risks and opportunities, and present insights to senior management.
• Generate ad‑hoc analyses and support business reviews.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure compliance with procurement and payment policies, approval matrices and internal controls.
• Review procurement transactions for policy adherence and control effectiveness.
• Monitor open purchase orders, GR/IR balances and aged transactions.
• Support vendor reconciliation processes and EXIM compliance activities.
• Drive analytics and continuous process improvements across finance functions.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of financial governance, management reporting and P2P processes.
• Ability to analyze data, identify business trends and communicate findings effectively.
• Attention to detail and commitment to regulatory and internal control compliance.
