Finance Controller

About the role

Dynolt is seeking a full‑time Finance Controller to join its Bangalore office. You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end finance and accounting function, ensuring accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and strategic financial insight as the company scales.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and publish financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor working capital, cash flow and liquidity.
• Oversee taxation, GST, TDS and Companies Act compliance.
• Coordinate audits, liaise with auditors, banks and external consultants.
• Provide leadership with actionable financial analysis for decision‑making.
• Lead cost‑optimization initiatives and process‑improvement projects.
• Drive ERP implementation, enhancements and related automation.

Required profile

• CA, CMA, CPA or equivalent professional finance qualification preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field.
• 6–10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting or controllership.
• Strong expertise in financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and FP&A.
• Hands‑on experience with end‑to‑end accounting operations, statutory compliance, audits and internal controls.
• In‑depth knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), GST, TDS and Companies Act requirements.
