Finance Controller

About the role

Ready (USEReady) is seeking a Finance Controller to join its Finance leadership team in Bangalore. The role will oversee all accounting, reporting, compliance, payroll and internal control functions for the India entity, supporting a fast‑growing technology‑driven organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll and fixed assets.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with Indian GAAP / Ind AS.
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, TDS, FEMA, RBI, transfer pricing and SEZ/STPI regulations.
• Lead statutory, tax and internal audits and act as primary liaison with external auditors.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, banking relationships and foreign currency exposures.
• Design, implement and improve internal control frameworks and finance policies.
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights, cost analysis and support M&A or new entity setups.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, cleared from ICAI.
• Minimum 8 years of post‑qualification experience, including at least 3 years in a senior finance manager role.
• Detail‑oriented with strong technical expertise and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑growing, technology‑focused environment.
