Finance Business Specialist - Global Finance Processes & Nordic Finance

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Business Specialist to join our Mangaluru office and help shape global finance processes. The role focuses on optimizing the Order‑to‑Cash workflow, especially Accounts Receivable, invoicing and collections, while collaborating with teams across India and Denmark.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse, standardise and improve customer billing and collection processes across business units.
• Document processes, controls and best‑practice guidelines to ensure scalability.
• Monitor billing and collections KPIs such as accuracy, invoice cycle time and overdue receivables, and conduct root‑cause analysis.
• Use Oracle NetSuite to extract data, support enhancements and work with IT on workflow automation and AI‑driven improvements.
• Maintain compliance with internal finance policies and regulatory requirements, keeping governance records up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with Shared Service Centres, Finance Controllers, Business Units and IT, acting as subject‑matter contact for invoicing and collections.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in finance process optimisation, preferably in Accounts Receivable or Order‑to‑Cash.
• Proven ability to analyse data, identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience working in a global, cross‑functional environment.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience.

Required skills

• Oracle NetSuite (ERP) – data extraction, reporting and process support.
