Finance Analyst – Financial Planning & Reporting

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Finance Analyst to join our software company in Jodhpur. The role focuses on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning cycles.
• Develop financial models and performance dashboards.
• Support management with data‑driven recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with accounting, operations, and management teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce or related field (MBA or CA preferred).
• 1–5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or corporate finance.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹1,00,000 per month (negotiable based on experience).
