Finance, Administration & Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

World Vision India is seeking a Finance, Administration & Supply Chain Coordinator to support its Field Office in Dharangaon. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements, and provides procurement and logistics support for the Area Development Programme.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit timely financial statements, budgets and reports in line with GAAP and Ind AS.
• Process vendor payments, tax deductions (TDS) and issue Form 16A certificates.
• Support internal, external and donor audits and ensure 90 % accuracy in financial statements.
• Manage procurement activities, including purchase orders, vendor coordination and logistics support.
• Provide administrative assistance for the project team, including travel arrangements and office logistics.
• Maintain data in the Sun 6 accounting system and monitor budget utilisation.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in finance, accounting or procurement within an NGO or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards (GAAP, Ind AS) and tax regulations (TDS).
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain high accuracy.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
