Finance & Accounting Walk‑In Drive – Jaipur (AP, R2R, O2C)

About the role

Genpact is hosting a walk‑in recruitment event in Jaipur for multiple finance and accounting positions, including Accounts Payable, Record to Report, and Order to Cash. Candidates with a B.Com, BBA, MBA or a qualified CA qualification are invited to apply on the spot.

Key responsibilities

• Process and audit invoices, perform 3‑way match, non‑PO and GRN validation, and release payments.
• Prepare quarterly, annual and statutory financial statements, post month‑end journal entries, and manage balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Handle accounts receivable activities such as posting daily receipts, managing collections, and resolving remittance discrepancies.
• Utilise ERP systems (SAP, Navision or equivalent) for transaction processing and reporting.

Required profile

• Graduates in B.Com, BBA, MBA or qualified Chartered Accountants (LLB/Diploma holders are not eligible).
• 2‑10 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, Record to Report or Order to Cash.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and month‑end close processes.
• Ability to work in a 24×7 shift environment and present required documents (photographs, resume, Aadhar).
