Film & Series Marketing Manager (India)

About the role

Netflix is seeking a creative marketer to lead 360° integrated campaigns for its film and series portfolio in India. Based in the Mumbai office, you will work closely with Content, Marcomms and other internal teams to shape culturally relevant, breakthrough campaigns that drive conversation and audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Strategise, execute and manage end‑to‑end 360° marketing campaigns for Netflix films and series across India.
• Collaborate with Content, Marcomms, media agencies and external partners to ensure cohesive creative and media execution.
• Develop and articulate media strategies, allocating and optimising multi‑million‑dollar media budgets across paid and idea‑first media programs.
• Analyse campaign performance data to inform optimisation and future planning.
• Lead and inspire a small, nimble team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation.

Required profile

• Proven track record of building world‑class creative and launching 360° campaigns for premium entertainment or consumer brands.
• Strong blend of data‑driven strategic thinking and breakthrough creative vision.
• Deep understanding of Indian and global pop culture with a genuine passion for entertainment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment while making sound judgments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to influence internal and external stakeholders.
