Field Supervisor – Electromechanical Installations

About the role

ALTEN MÉXICO is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead on‑site execution of electromechanical installations, utilities and automated systems. You will ensure work follows technical drawings, safety protocols and quality standards while documenting progress at each stage.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise HVAC, utilities and automation installations according to P&ID, DTI and as‑built drawings.
• Ensure compliance with DC‑3 safety requirements (height work, electrical safety, confined spaces, LOTO) and obtain necessary STS‑029‑01 permits.
• Validate contractor work to meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain daily logs, photographic evidence and progress reports.
• Assist in closing punch‑lists and conducting pre‑commissioning tests.

Required profile

• Electromechanical Engineer or Technician degree, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supervising industrial construction projects, preferably in pharmaceutical or chemical environments.
• Valid DC‑3 certification covering at least height, electrical and LOTO modules.
• Intermediate English proficiency is desirable.
