About the role
Otis is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead elevator installation projects in Chennai. The role involves coordinating site preparation, material scheduling, and team activities to ensure timely delivery and handover to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and manage the job site for elevator installation.
- Schedule materials and oversee their delivery to the site.
- Lead and support the installation team to meet project milestones.
- Coordinate with internal departments, commercial teams, clients, consultants, and architects.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Track project progress and report on milestones.
Required profile
- Engineering graduate or diploma holder.
- 4‑5 years of relevant experience in construction or elevator projects.
- Experience handling corporate or real‑estate clients is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned location.
Required skills
- Technical knowledge of elevator products.
- Good knowledge of elevator installation processes.
