Field Service Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Field Service Engineer to provide on‑site support for a range of medical devices across Rajasthan. You will work directly with hospitals and clinics, ensuring that equipment in cardiology, neurology and urology departments operates safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission, and calibrate medical equipment such as ECG, EEG, EMG, PSG, Holmium and Thulium lasers, and morcellators.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues on‑site.
• Repair faulty components and replace parts to minimize equipment downtime.
• Document service activities, generate reports, and maintain accurate service logs.
• Provide training and technical guidance to end‑users on proper equipment operation.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Electronics or a related engineering discipline.
• 1–6 years of hands‑on experience servicing, installing, repairing, and maintaining medical devices.
• Willingness to travel throughout Rajasthan and work independently in field environments.
