Field Sales Officer

About the role

Nature Tree India Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated Field Sales Officer to cover the Madhya Pradesh territory. You will work on‑site, visiting both prospective and existing customers to present the company’s products and services and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Visit and engage prospective and existing clients across the assigned region.
• Present product portfolios, negotiate terms and close sales deals.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships and follow up on leads.
• Resolve customer queries promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Collect market feedback, report field insights to management, and support local promotional activities.
• Accurately document sales activities and maintain CRM records.
• Travel regularly within the territory as required.

Required profile

• Strong sales abilities, including lead generation, negotiation and closing.
• Excellent client‑relationship and business‑relationship management skills.
• Customer‑service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries and issues.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Relevant experience in field sales, FMCG, retail or similar sectors.
• Ability to work independently, manage time and meet performance targets.
• Minimum high‑school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with mobile applications and CRM tools for reporting and data entry.
