Field Sales Executive – Patna

About the role

Greenstark Electronics is seeking an energetic Field Sales Executive to drive B2B and B2C sales of its smart water‑management solutions across Patna. You will work directly with hotels, residential complexes, builders and property managers, turning leads into long‑term customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers in Patna’s hospitality and real‑estate sectors.
• Generate leads, conduct field visits, and demonstrate product benefits.
• Convert prospects into paying customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with hotels, apartments, landlords and facility managers.
• Report sales activities and market feedback to the management team.

Required profile

• Graduation in any stream.
• 0–3 years of sales experience; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Resident of Patna with a valid two‑wheeler and driving licence.
• Target‑oriented, comfortable working in the field and handling negotiations.
