About the role
Join IndiaMART as a Field Sales Executive and help build new client relationships across multiple locations in India. You will deliver face‑to‑face sales presentations, showcase the platform’s value, and drive individual sales performance in your assigned region.
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads from the provided database and identify decision‑makers.
- Deliver impactful sales presentations and product/service demonstrations.
- Systematically follow up to close sales and ensure timely payment collection.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and achieve assigned sales targets.
Required profile
- MBA batch of 2026 or a graduate/MBA/B‑Tech with at least 9 months of sales experience.
- Age below 29 years with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Willingness to work on a weekly salary and incentive structure.

- Salary range: 4.2 LPA – 5 LPA plus incentives.
