Field Sales Executive – Jorhat

About the role

Paytm is looking for energetic Field Sales Executives to join its team in Jorhat, Assam. In this role you will promote Paytm’s digital payment solutions and other services directly to customers, helping to expand the company’s footprint in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers in the field to showcase Paytm products.
• Use proven sales techniques to achieve and exceed assigned targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Provide timely feedback and reports on sales activities and market conditions.
• Address customer queries and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction.
• Conduct regular field visits and collaborate with internal teams to align on sales strategies.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of sales experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to learn Paytm’s products and adapt to evolving sales strategies.
