Field Sales Executive – Goa

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Field Sales Executive to grow the Showcase Yourself platform across North and South Goa. You will engage directly with hotels, beach clubs, cafés, restaurants, bars, pubs, event venues, and nightlife businesses to introduce our talent booking solution and onboard new venue partners.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits across Goa locations such as Calangute, Baga, Candolim, Anjuna, Vagator, Panaji, Morjim, Arpora, etc.
• Demonstrate the Showcase Yourself platform to venue owners and managers.
• Create venue profiles and assist them in posting talent requirements.
• Identify, approach, and onboard local talent (models, actors, musicians, DJs, dancers, anchors, photographers, makeup artists, etc.).
• Build strong relationships with hotels, clubs, restaurants, cafés, event organizers, and other hospitality businesses.
• Achieve weekly targets: 20+ venue visits, 5+ confirmed onboardings, and 5+ talent call‑outs.
• Submit daily activity and progress reports.

Required profile

• Experience in field sales, hospitality sales, or business development.
• Comfortable with outdoor sales and daily travel.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated and target‑driven.
• Knowledge of Goa’s hospitality and tourism industry is a plus.
