Field Sales and Marketing Executive

About the role

This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales and Marketing Executive role based in Bhopal. The role involves visiting restaurants and cafés to present the IWaiter platform, demonstrate its features, and explain how it can improve operations and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify prospective restaurant and café clients and conduct in‑person meetings to showcase the IWaiter solution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners and managers, negotiating terms and closing sales to meet revenue and acquisition targets.
• Perform field‑based market research, gather feedback on product performance, and share insights with internal teams.
• Support local marketing initiatives, participate in events or promotions, and help organise on‑site demonstrations.
• Prepare basic reports on sales activity, ensure consistent follow‑up, and provide ongoing customer support.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales or business development, preferably in F&B, hospitality, SaaS, or technology solutions.
• Strong market planning, outreach, and promotional campaign skills.
• Effective market research abilities to identify opportunities and understand competition.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for relationship‑building and client support.
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
• Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
