Field Operator III – Wellsite Support

About the role

As a Field Operator III you will provide on‑site wellsite support and guidance to Baker Hughes' global customers. You will be responsible for maintaining equipment, supervising operators, and ensuring a high level of safety throughout each job.

Key responsibilities

• Perform rig‑up, rig‑down and operate wireline equipment at well sites.
• Inspect, maintain and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and electrical tools.
• Participate in pre‑job planning, toolbox talks and risk assessments.
• Maintain accurate job documentation and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
• Supervise and train operators on safe work practices.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–6 years of experience in oilfield operations, preferably wireline services.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with oilfield equipment.
• Strong communication, teamwork and HSE awareness.
• Basic proficiency in English and good overall health.
