About the role
Commando Security Group is seeking a proactive Field Officer to oversee security operations across multiple sites in South Goa. You will lead a team of 50‑60 guards, act as the primary liaison with clients, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day security delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily guard deployment and site operations for assigned locations.
- Monitor guard attendance, track performance, and arrange immediate replacements when needed.
- Conduct on‑site training sessions, night checks, and routine client meetings.
Required profile
- Prior experience as a Field Officer or Supervisor in the security industry.
- Strong workforce management and problem‑solving abilities.
- Own a two‑wheeler for field patrolling.
