Field Lab Technician / Phlebotomist

About the role

Aaric Scans & Diagnostics is seeking a motivated Field Lab Technician / Phlebotomist to support diagnostic services across Puzhal, Redhills and Ambattur. The role combines laboratory work with field outreach, collecting blood samples at patients' homes and coordinating with healthcare partners.

Key responsibilities

• Collect home blood samples and pick up samples from collection centres.
• Handle, label, and transport samples according to protocol.
• Visit doctors, clinics and pharmacies to promote diagnostic services.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare partners.
• Promote home‑collection services and diagnostic packages.
• Support patient referrals and local business development.
• Coordinate blood‑collection activities during health camps.
• Assist with day‑to‑day diagnostic centre operations when needed.

Required profile

• DMLT, BMLT or equivalent laboratory qualification.
• Good phlebotomy and blood‑collection skills.
• Willingness to travel for home collections and field visits.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Two‑wheeler preferred; knowledge of Puzhal, Redhills, Ambattur area is an advantage.
• Freshers with solid blood‑collection skills are welcome.

What we offer

• Fixed salary of ₹15,000 per month.
• Petrol allowance of ₹2,000 per month.
• Home‑collection incentive of ₹50 per successful collection.
• Additional incentives for doctor/clinic outreach, pharmacy outreach and health‑camp performance.
