About the role
We are seeking a proactive Field Assistant to support our field engineers in installing and configuring routers at customer sites. The role involves traveling to assigned locations, assisting with hardware setup, and ensuring reliable connectivity for end‑users.
Key responsibilities
- Assist field engineers in installing and configuring routers and related networking equipment at customer premises.
- Travel to designated sites to perform on‑site installation, testing, and service support.
- Support the setup of modems, cables, and other networking devices.
- Perform basic wiring, cable management, and device mounting during installations.
- Verify connectivity and report any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Ability to work outdoors and travel to various customer locations.
- Basic understanding of networking hardware and safety procedures.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
