FEA Engineer – Simulation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced FEA Engineer to join Bosch’s Coimbatore development centre, focusing on vehicle-level simulations and finite-element analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Verify input data, estimate effort and plan activities to meet project deadlines while communicating with customers.
• Build and run system-level and full-vehicle simulation models.
• Perform static structural (linear & non-linear), thermo-mechanical, heat-transfer, implicit/explicit and crash/shock analyses using ABAQUS and LS-DYNA.
• Execute preventive and corrective actions, track quality and on-time delivery metrics.
• Support standardisation, harmonisation and documentation of calculation methodologies and working procedures.

Required profile

• Graduation or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in FEA for automotive applications.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently and within a team.
