F&B Service Supervisor

About the role

The Food & Beverage Service Supervisor will lead the service team at our beachfront venue in Vagator, ensuring seamless dining experiences for guests. This full‑time role combines operational oversight with guest‑focused service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and motivate service staff to deliver high‑quality guest service.
• Inspect staff grooming, attire and overall appearance, correcting deficiencies.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including setup, cleaning, equipment checks and securing the premises.
• Maintain storage areas using FIFO principles, ensure cleanliness and conduct regular inventories.
• Monitor dining room seating, service flow, safety standards and guest wellbeing.
• Create and follow work orders for maintenance and repairs.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Enforce company policies, safety protocols and report incidents promptly.
• Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and provide assistance to individuals with disabilities.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency, quality and cost‑savings.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in food‑and‑beverage service.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to work extended periods standing, walking and lifting up to 50 lb.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.

Required skills

• Knowledge of FIFO inventory management.
• Familiarity with health, safety and security procedures in hospitality settings.
