About the role

Fynd is seeking a creative Fashion Designer to lead the development of detailed, trend‑driven collections. The role blends traditional design expertise with AI‑powered print creation, supporting the company’s unified commerce platform across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute innovative collections from initial sketches to final garments, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
• Utilize AI tools to generate cutting‑edge prints while considering fabric properties and design impact.
• Prepare accurate linesheets and tech packs in Adobe Illustrator, detailing specifications, trims, and production guidelines.
• Apply pattern‑making knowledge to select appropriate fabrics and guide fit and construction.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve design challenges quickly and maintain tight timelines.
• Oversee the design process through production, ensuring high‑quality execution of each piece.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in fashion design, with a proven track record of detailed collections and print work.
• Strong foundation in pattern making, textiles, and garment production.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
