Faculty Position – Healthcare Education

About the role

GD Goenka Healthcare is seeking full‑time faculty members to join its healthcare education programmes in Bilaspur, India. The role involves designing and delivering curriculum, conducting lectures, seminars and practical sessions, and evaluating student performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update course materials, lesson plans and assessment tools for healthcare disciplines.
• Deliver lectures, seminars, labs and practical training to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• Mentor and guide students, providing academic advice and feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessment outcomes.
• Participate in academic planning, programme development and accreditation activities.
• Engage in research, scholarly activities and collaborative projects with clinical partners.
• Attend departmental and institutional meetings.

Required profile

• Relevant academic qualification in medical sciences, nursing, allied health or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Prior teaching or clinical training experience in a healthcare or academic setting.
• Strong classroom management and interactive teaching abilities.
• Commitment to ethical practice, student‑centred learning and continuous professional development.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course delivery.
• Experience using digital content creation tools.
• Competence in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
