Faculty – Foundation Division (Classes 9th & 10th)

About the role

ALLEN Digital is seeking enthusiastic educators to join its Foundation Division, delivering high‑quality instruction to students in Classes 9th and 10th. The faculty member will teach Chemistry and Mathematics, both in classroom and online environments, helping learners build strong academic foundations and prepare for competitive exams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and effective lessons for 9th‑ and 10th‑grade students, using both face‑to‑face and digital platforms.
• Develop, review, and update study material, practice sheets, and assessments for Chemistry and Mathematics.
• Monitor student performance, provide constructive feedback, and mentor learners to improve their academic outcomes.
• Collaborate with academic and content teams to ensure consistency and quality of teaching resources.
• Participate in faculty development programs, workshops, and training sessions.

Required profile

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Chemistry, Mathematics, or a related field (B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Tech., M.Tech., Ph.D.) from a reputable institute.
• Prior teaching experience in the Pre‑Nurture & Career Foundation (PNCF) segment is preferred.
• Strong subject knowledge with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and motivating students.
