Facility Manager – Cargo Terminal

About the role

The Facility Manager will oversee the entire cargo terminal at Noida Airport, ensuring that all building systems, material handling equipment, and support services operate safely and efficiently. This position reports to the Head of Operations/General Manager and plays a key role in maintaining regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems.
• Oversee maintenance and performance of cargo handling equipment such as conveyors, forklifts, and cranes.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
• Supervise housekeeping, waste management, pest control, and landscaping services.
• Provide staff transportation services and act as the primary contact for customer facility queries.
• Liaise with local authorities for building approvals, tax payments, fire safety audits, and environmental compliance.
• Implement safety protocols, conduct fire drills, and perform risk assessments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of facility management experience, preferably in cargo or logistics terminals.
• Strong knowledge of material handling equipment and building infrastructure.
• Familiarity with statutory compliance and government liaison.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, and budgets.
