Facade Engineer / Draftsman (Facade Design)

About the role

We are looking for a Facade Engineer / Draftsman to join our Design & Drafting team. The role involves creating detailed 2‑D drawings, shop drawings and technical details for façade systems, and coordinating with engineering, production and site teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and update 2‑D AutoCAD drawings, elevations, layouts and façade shop drawings.
• Coordinate with site teams to gather drawing execution requirements and modify drawings based on client and project changes.
• Maintain drawing revisions, records and project documentation in line with company standards.
• Support quantity estimation, material coordination and resolve site‑related technical issues.
• Assist in project coordination and execution activities, ensuring compliance with safety and timeline requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil, Architecture or Mechanical engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in façade design, drafting or site coordination.
• Good communication, problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of façade systems, materials and basic structural and construction drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
