Fabricator

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Fabricator to join our production team building food‑processing equipment. The role involves turning technical drawings into high‑quality stainless‑steel components that meet strict hygiene and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and technical drawings to plan builds.
• Cut and shape stainless‑steel sheets and pipes using saws, lasers and press brakes.
• Perform sanitary TIG or MIG welding to create smooth, food‑safe joints.
• Assemble motors, belts, structural frames and other parts into complete food‑machinery units.
• Inspect finished equipment for leaks, structural integrity and compliance with hygiene regulations.

Required profile

• Physical ability to lift heavy metal parts and stand for extended periods.
• Strong focus on safety and ability to follow industrial and food‑safety manufacturing regulations.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of metal fabrication techniques.
• Proficiency with cutting tools such as saws, lasers and press brakes.
• Experience with sanitary TIG and MIG welding.
• Familiarity with food‑grade stainless steel (304, 316) handling.
