About the role

Tilara Polyplast is seeking a full‑time Extrusion Operator for its manufacturing plant in Rajkot, Gujarat. The role involves operating and monitoring extrusion equipment to meet production targets while ensuring product quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and prepare extrusion machines for daily production runs.
• Monitor machine performance metrics and adjust parameters as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality tests on produced sheets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to maintain continuous flow.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training preferred.
• Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for coordination with supervisors and teammates.

Required skills

• Machine operation and extrusion process knowledge.
• Quality control techniques for consistency and standards compliance.
• Proficiency with hand tools for equipment adjustments and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and production specifications.
