External Reporting Controller – Associate

About the role

We are looking for a strategic thinker to join our deposits reporting team. As an External Reporting Controller – Associate you will ensure accurate regulatory, financial and management reporting while maintaining strong data governance and control standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation, review and timely submission of deposits reporting deliverables.
• Perform data analysis and validation to guarantee accuracy, completeness and integrity of reported information.
• Investigate reporting exceptions, data‑quality issues and variances, coordinating resolution with relevant stakeholders.
• Execute governance, control and documentation requirements within the reporting framework.
• Partner with Finance, Reporting, Data and Technology teams to support business deliverables and strategic change initiatives.
• Identify and contribute to process‑optimization, automation opportunities and reporting enhancements.

Required profile

• Experience in regulatory, financial or management reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on data quality and controls.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
