Experienced Quantity Surveyor – Aviation Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join AECOM’s aviation team in Gurugram. The role focuses on cost estimation, BOQ preparation and contract management for airside and landside airport works, supporting phased development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities for runways, taxiways, aprons, utilities, buildings and related infrastructure.
• Develop cost estimates, rate analyses and tender documentation in line with airport authority standards.
• Evaluate contractor bids, conduct cost comparisons and support negotiation and award recommendations.
• Monitor project costs during design and construction, track variations, prepare cost reports and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to validate design quantities and ensure accurate cost planning.
• Review contractor invoices, certify payments and assist in dispute resolution with detailed records.

Required profile

• Diploma, graduate or postgraduate degree in Engineering.
• 8–10 years of professional experience in the aviation sector, with proven expertise in BOQs, cost estimation and contract management.
